Pioneer Bible Camp is primarily open to rental groups from late May to late September with our own program occupying July.
Our rental rates are as follows:

| Children’s Camp Weekly Rental (Sunday to Friday) | $1500.00 (+ $250/day past one week) |
| Small Group (18 or less) | $200.00/day (minimum) |
Please note: Rentals are based on a 24-hour period. Rates are subject to change from November 1 to March 1.
(Children under 3 years of age are free)

** Please note: In order to confirm your reservation, we require a non-refundable minimum deposit of $200.00. Upon final inspection by the camp host, and departure of the rental group this deposit will be refunded. **
